Christmas is over.

Well, everything is over. I can't believe that it all went so fast. We had a really nice Christmas with Ron's family. It was nice and relaxing. I forgot to take any pictures though. I think when the baby comes, I'll be taking lots of pictures. We still haven't found out what we are having yet, but we'll be able to in a couple of weeks. I have been feeling the baby kick me for the last couple of days. It is such a weird feeling. I can't imagine how it will feel when he/she is much bigger. Right now I'm at 18 weeks. I think Ron and I are getting more nervous and more excited at the same time. I think Ron is most nervous about everything that he has to get done before the baby comes. So, I'll have lots of updates once our house renovations begin. I hope everyone is getting a great start to this new year.

It is a very exciting and nervous time. Try to let the nervousness take a back seat to the excitement. Enjoy this time as you prepare for the new baby. We are praying for you guys and the baby. Hope to see you soon.

hope to read a lot more frequent updates...

i know you guys will make loving parents. it's perfectly ok to be nervous - otherwise, there's something wrong! but remember to trust in the lord, and don't get freaked out when the doctors talk about all the things that can go wrong. remember - god's planned out this baby's life already.

You haven't told me that the baby started kicking already. Isn't that such a weird feeling? Did you understand right away that he/she was kicking, or did it take you a few days to figure it out? Wait till the baby gets hiccups for the 1st time. Now that is weird and quite annoying.

You guys will be fine & Ron will get everything done before they baby comes. And if he doesn't it's not the end of the world. Your baby won't know the difference if he/she's room is painted and cleaned up. You guys are going to do great as parents and I'm so excited to meet your baby!!

Thanks for the update!! A belly shot would be appreciated. You know I am at a differant church and I don't get to see you. I am almost 13 weeks now and feeling good!! Isn't the kicking awesome!! It is like confirmation that every thing is alright!! I am so excited for you guys! If it helps at all, the baby will probably stay in your room for a while so you've got time!!

we didn't get addy's room put togetther until after she was born because we didn't find out what we were having so you guys are already way ahead of us!!

feeling the baby move is fun... and it DOES get weirder - and stronger and funny! It seriously reminded me of "Alien" at times. Elizabeth T is quite good at determining what body parts are where but I was always clueless. I thought something was a knee or foot until Karen told me it a butt. hehe

have you read a lot of books? It won't remove the nervousness but it helps you to feel like you just might know what you're doing. :)

You look greatt!
